UPDATE 08-31-08 Wili took another two blue ribbons today, and on top of that the high score dressage championship!
Once again he behaved like an old pro, grazing quietly untill it was his turn to shine. He stood quietly on the trailer next to RT and was very happy to get home and roll in the dirt ;)
The judge complimented on his outstanding quality and recommends competing him at bigger shows soon.
71.6% at training 4 and 71.9% at first 2 give me the confidence to enter him at rated USDF shows soon!
UPDATE 08-30-08 Wili took two Blue ribbons today on his first ridden dressage show! 70 and 75% blew everyone away and we left happy! We rode training level test 3 and 4 and he enjoyed his day in the spotlight very much.
He loaded and trailered easy and quiet, came off the trailer with his head high but grazed untill we tacked him up. Very concentrated during warm up and two nice tests. The judge told me he is a joy to watch!

6 yr old German bred Hanoverian gelding, 16 HH bay.
This striking dressage horse obviously inherited the qualities of his successful sire Wild Dance (Wolkenstein II). Rides and drives!!
Wili was started correct under saddle in Germany and imported as a 3 yr old, he was broke to drive in the US and has been ridden and driven steadily since. He combines enormous talent with a great disposition, always willing do his job. He is uncomplicated to train and brings a lot of joy day by day.
With the prior emphasis on driving he had time to grow up healthy and sound, his dressage training is coming along quickly and he is ready for the serious work.
